There are approximately 15-20 employees currently being exposed to extreme high heat hazards and possible heat stroke on a daily basis . Work requires Running around and standing for extended long periods of time. Employees are at risk for serious heat exhaustion and heat stress. Employees are... See More working 6-8 hours a day, wearing masks, sweating profusely and not being able to breathe in a kitchen that is easily over 100 degrees daily. The kitchen has gotten to 120 degrees sometimes. Employees are getting heat exhaustion headaches and feeling nauseous on a daily basis. Some have even experienced a racing heart and lightheadedness. Employer is not following CDC and OSHA guidance regarding use of masks in the workplace. Masks are adding to heat-stress hazards for employees.
