Floor cracks are getting wider and destroying our PIT equipment, walls are uneven and mold is at an all time high as employees struggle to breathe comfortably in the warehouse. Mold in floor cracks and between walls and boxes. Low quality concrete floor unsafe to support 6 ton PIT. See Less

There is not enough bathrooms for the amount of workers on site. Job has picked up and the number of workers has increased but additional bathrooms have not been added to accommodate. I worked at the staker station and I reported on Monday May 16, 2022 that the staker came down repeatedly during the wrong time(after scanning the part barcode) rather then scanning the barcode, adding the spring part to the seat part with a wrench, then pressing the... See More safety buttons to stake the spring. I reported it to the team leader and nothing was done, I got the attention of a maintenece man and showed him the safety issue. Maintence refused to fix it. On Wednesday May 18, 2022 the Supervisor and I told him about the safety issue. He did nothing to fix it as well. On Friday May 20th, 2022 the safety issue occured as it had all week and I risked accidental death or dismemberment to my hand or fingers from the staker after I scanned a part at staion 303 Department B-2.

11/30 update: HR said it wasn't reported but it was reported to maintenance, and the supervisorsand. Yet he told the Govenor safety team that nobody said anything

Employees are still being exposed to mold and there are cracks in the floor and along the bottom of the walls
Mold is being found on boxes in warehouse, it's been reported and we are being told it's by management not safety it's being brought in on boxes.. people are having Asthma attacks See Less

Now my son has covid one other employee there has covid we don't know how many others got infected because of this individual. That man has cost me $3,000 in my son has lost his wages for several days my wife wants to sue him. My wife and I are in agreement that somebody should do something to this individual because what he did was totally wrong and exposed everybody working in that shop. See Less
