food and beverages ready when the drivers arrive and this is not being followed at all. This appears to be an ongoing issue and I even went to get clarity on it from other restaurants and they cited that it is indeed a violation. This troubles me and there is a gross oversight being done here and in no way should dashers or delivery drivers be in contact with food/beverage prep when they arrive.  | Symptoms: Other

We just wanted them to be aware, for the health safety of the rest of the community they serve. The person I spoke with laughed at me and did not take me seriously. Having a long hair found cooked in the meat or any meal is a health violation. She continued to laugh and say "everyone wears a hair net. It is not possible".
