An employee tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday. Two employees were sent to be tested but no cleaning was done to minimize exposure of others.

1. Five Guys Gaylord of 15 employees there are at least 10 employees showing signs of illness including vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. They are being told to come to and or stay at work. They have rescheduled their covid testing so they can work, even though Covid... See More symptoms have been exhibited. 2. A manager has told an employee that they will be written up if they go take a Covid test instead of working their scheduled shift (even though they have been off sick for 3 days). 3. Some employees are not wearing masks despite company policy. 4. The store is also not keeping proper covid logs for employees. 5. They also have self serve beverage station open to everyone and have never closed it during the pandemic.

While picking up a carryout order on 9/14, several of the employers were not wearing their masks properly. The girl at the front register was wearing his around her chin, completely leaving her mouth and nose exposed. The girl working in the food area making the burgers... See More was wearing her mask below her nose but over her mouth. She had on plastic gloves, but she touched her mask at least 7 times that I counted while I waited. After touching the area between her mouth and nose where her mask was, she then proceeded to make food without taking off the plastic gloves and putting new ones on. This is the 3rd time in the last several weeks that I have picked up an order at this location and employees are not wearing their masks properly.
