People across the USA have been receiving empty packages in their mails, many of these have listed the sender as an “online seller”. Experts suggest that the situation it’s part of a scam called “brushing” in which third-party merchants create fake transactions and complete them with tracking numbers and confirmations that the packages have been received.

Yes an empty but for a square of cardboard in a plastic mailer envelope. Who's it from?.. never ordered from any "Harvey Kinney" before nor encountered this name.
