DreamBone Dog Treats

There have been claims of harm to dogs after eating DreamBone treats. A 2016 lawsuit against the company stated the product contains Sorbitol as the third ingredient, which is classified by the FDA, as an indigestible sugar alcohol. The suit was dismissed after the parties settled out of court.

I gave my dogs some of the Dreambone mini made with real chicken and both dogs got sick. Both dogs have thrown up multiple times since the treats. Both dogs are lethargic following being sick. The Dreambones pieces were found in the vomit each time.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

vomiting but still had the bloody diarrhea. 2 days later he was still lethargic but interested in food. Dream bones treats have always been his favorite, he didn't have a lot of interest in eating and his treats were the only thing he would eat so we gave him 2. The next day we were back to the bloody diarrhea , lethargic, and loss of appetite. I cried, prayed, and held him all day, just knowing he wasn't going to make it. My heart shattered. We went thru this for 2 more days, then I started questioning if it was the treats. No more treats and giving him Activia yogurt and homemade soup and he's back to himself. can absolutely attribute this to the bones because it was the only thing she had eaten in 12 hours. This has happened to my other dogs before but I never attributed it to the treats because they normally get their treats during the day. These treats are dangerous. third stick on Monday. He refused his treat on Tuesday. Started throwing up Tuesday evening through Friday. Bad diarrhea, will not eat, has the dry heaves now will not drink water brought him to the vet this morning which is Friday , That said he has Gastro intestine infection. This is the only new thing that was introduced to his diet. Benny is a seven month old miniature Dachshund always been healthy have no problems with him. We spending $205 at the vet today. We do believe that these treats is the reason our dog is sick, no doubt in our mind we will be throwing these treats away. There Has to be a way to protect consumers in buying these harmful treats. I am praying that my dog gets well soon with all the shots and medicine is given to him from the vet. PS I tried to call the telephone number on the back of the dream Bone twist was put on hold for a good 13 minutes then the recording came on saying that they cannot help me or take my call at this time!!!!
