i had texted my landlord on Tuesday June 14th, 2022 at 2:19 pm about my fridge not running properly. And he told me to unplug the fridge and plug it back in and during that time to put my groceries in a deep freezer. I do not... own a deep freezer. on Thursday June 16th at 2:31 pm I texted him again because the fridge stopped running all together and all my groceries that was in there went bad he called me and stated that every time he called about a new fridge they would tell him they didn't have any in stock. Then Saturday June 18th at 10:13 pm again i asked him about a fridge and to see if he had heard anything and he stated they was working on getting one .Tuesday June 21st at 3:13 pm he sent me a picture of a scheduled delivery picture for Thursday June 23rd with no time frame . June 23rd we had went to the pool at this time it was 130 and I received a phone call from him that the fridge was on the way and that i needed to be at the house. I told him i was not home that we was at the pool right now and he got upset and told me its my responsibility to be there and I need to pay a 40 dollar redelivery fee and that I was to be out of the house by August 1st at 12:01 am because he was tired of the confrontation. Me and my two children have been without a fridge now for a week and one day now and because I wasn't there when he wanted he's kicking me and my kids out of the house

I lived in this apartment for 5 years. In the 5 years that I lived there mold could be found on the window still in the one bedroom and on the ceiling in the bathroom. The apartment was told about this every time the mold came back... but all that the apartment did was to just paint over it. my granddaughter and I both developed allergies since living in this building and the doctor said it was from the mold. I did a mold test and sent it to the lab and this unit has Penicillium Spp. & Candida Spp. in it. This is something that should not be played around with and it is something that the health department should take care of. 215 Mount Everest Drive, Apt. Driver completely destroyed my yard as well as my cement planter that is my property marker. They decided to use my yard as a short cut through to the main road. They took out my cement planter in the process. It had a flagged reflector so there... was absolutely no reason they could of not seen it there. When approaching the van, they decided to hop back into the van and sped off while destroying my yard in the process. They endangered my mothers safety when she went to approach the situation. Their reckless driving is a safety concern and could of caused my mother bodily harm
I am disabled. I pay my bills on time and keep my rental clean. Kpwmanagement treats tenants like dirt. Very rude, they even hang up on you.

Outside of the home in the yard there is a hoarding situation where there is tons of cluster, garbage and broken down vehicles which can be a health hazard for the neighborhood
On October 2020, I moved into an apartment owned by Shirewood, LLC located in Ft. Mitchell, KY and the property is located at 2301 Carlisle Ave. #1. One month after I moved in, I noticed a water bubble on the bathroom ceiling and notified the landlord, via... text with pictures. He came to inspect it, but nothing to repair it. In Feb. 2021, I noticed the water bubble again and contacted the landlord with pics through a text message, and again, he came to look at it but did nothing to repair it. This continued for months. I also started finding roaches in my kitchen, and I never left food out and I cleaned the kitchen regularly. I reported it to the landlord with pictures, but no solution or remedy to fix it.
Starting in March 2021, I started noticing more water damage in the bathroom ceiling continuing to send pics to the landlord who still did nothing to fix the problem. Reminder, my lease stated that all repairs had to be fixed within 14-days as well as the Kentucky Landlord & Tenant Act and state laws.
In Aug. 2021, I got the name and number for two contractors from an electrician I met in the Home Depo parking lot and gave their info to the landlord who assured me that he had a contractor. However, that contractor NEVER looked at my bathroom ceiling.
I continued taking pics and videos on the bathroom ceiling to monitor the progress of the water.
In Nov. 2021, one year after I reported the water damage, I noticed the bathroom ceiling now had two water leaks and I sent pics to the landlord. Because the upstairs neighbors were supposed to move, the landlord's solution to fix the problem was to use plastic and electrical tape on the wet, leaking bathroom ceiling, which is illegal and a health hazard and violation.
In Dec. 2021, the upstairs neighbors did not move out and I had to live with a tapped up bathroom ceiling. Meanwhile, I kept finding roaches in my kitchen and had to give up a cabinet because they seemed to make a home there.
Eventually in Jan. 2022 I got tired of the roaches and went ahead and sealed up the kitchen cabinets and behind the stove because the landlord never did. I was hoping the roach invasion would stop, but it didn't.
I would have moved, but I wasn't in a financial position to leave or I would have.
One night in March 2022, I heard water running upstairs and happened to look at the bathroom and noticed new LARGE water bubbles on the ceiling and walls! By this point, I never bothered to notify the landlord because if he never repaired the bathroom within the 14-days I first reported the issue and tapped up the ceiling, and he wasn't going to spend the money to hire a licensed contractor to make repairs. In addition, the water leak spread to the entire length of the bathroom ceiling and started down the wall on the opposite side.
Eventually in Apr. 2022 when I had the means to move out, I did!
I warning any prospective tenants to NOT RENT any apartment at 2301 Carlisle Ave. because there is mold behind the walls and the landlord does nothing to fix any problems. He refuses to hire licensed contractors to bring the building up to today's code and state laws because he knows it'll cost more than the building is worth. He bought the building from a previous owner knowing their were mold issues (in another unit) and won't make the repairs.
