On four different but consecutive occasions in a period of 3 months Amazon Fresh food deliveries from this locations have arrived without the extra insulation and ice packs required to keep raw meat at a safe level of refrigeration. They were merely packed in conventional grocery paper

bags and then driven for two hours in the truck of the delivery cars with no refrigeration of any kind in the Miami heat and delivered for consumption at room temperature. This was brought to Amazon's Customer service on all four occasions but there does not seem to be any improvements to food safety. Videos were provided showing the state of the food at delivery time but the people in charge were not interested in the evidence.
