The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for employees who test positive for COVID-19. Employees continue to work after testing positive for COVID-19. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to requiring employees to stay home if symptomatic.
