Diarrhea

Updated: February 26, 2024 9:46 AM
My two dogs each ate one dream bone. They have had multiple episodes of diarrhea and vomiting with some blood in the stool over a 24 hour period. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool See Less

Fed dream bones to our furbaby and he later was vomiting a lot, then had diarrhea to the point it was liquid blood. We attributed it to his age. He's 17. He became very lathergic, quit eating and drinking. He started felling better the next day. He quit... See More vomiting but still had the bloody diarrhea. 2 days later he was still lethargic but interested in food. Dream bones treats have always been his favorite, he didn't have a lot of interest in eating and his treats were the only thing he would eat so we gave him 2. The next day we were back to the bloody diarrhea , lethargic, and loss of appetite. I cried, prayed, and held him all day, just knowing he wasn't going to make it. My heart shattered. We went thru this for 2 more days, then I started questioning if it was the treats. No more treats and giving him Activia yogurt and homemade soup and he's back to himself. Thank God he's ok now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Loss of Appetite See Less

My chihuahua had one single dream bone twists stick. Within 12 hours she was VIOLENTLY ill. An ungodly amount of liquid diarrhea. Weak, lethargic and absolutely ill. The next day she had bloody diarrhea and was leaking blood and diarrhea. She is now at the vets. I... See More can absolutely attribute this to the bones because it was the only thing she had eaten in 12 hours. This has happened to my other dogs before but I never attributed it to the treats because they normally get their treats during the day. These treats are dangerous. They cause a violent digestive response. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool, Weakness See Less

I am on Ozempic and I am thinking this may b from the drug side effects. | Symptoms: Diarrhea See Less

After eating a Dreambone Peanut Butter Pretzel Stick this morning, my dog vomited +6 times and had runny diarrhea all throughout the day. Several times during the diarrhea he couldn't get anything out and yelped in pain. I first bought these treats a couple weeks ago and... See More he had the same symptoms afterward the first time. I didn't realize it was the Dreambone treats until I gave him a second one today. I will do everything in my power to spread the word that Dreambone's treats are horrible, causing painful diarrhea, vomiting, and death. Why haven't these been recalled and/or banned after multiple proven lawsuits and cases against them? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less

My 12 year old dachshund has had diarrhea for 5 weeks. I found pieces of undigested Dreambone twist while cleaning up one of the earlier messes. After three vet visits, a X-Ray and different medicines, nothing has helped to stop the chronic diarrhea. She has lost weight... See More because most of what she decides to eat soon comes out one end or the other. It is so sad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea See Less

My Chihuahua has been having diarrhea and pooping more than usual. The first couple nights I thought it was just an accident because we didn't let her out on time but it's been too many nights in a row and she had this garbage everyday. I realized... See More it must be this sh*t then I saw others post and complaints. How is this sh*t still on the market!? I'm furious!! So many people claiming the same things and/or worse and the class action suit got dropped? Fuck that don't buy dreambones. If they won't stop selling it then I will tell the whole world to stop buying it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea See Less

We have lost our second baby, Pixie to dog treats made by Spectrum. They are responsible for Dream bones and Good n Fun. When we lost ChaCha we started to inquire on the dog food and treats we where giving our pets. Especially after all of them... See More fell ill. After research and comparing symptoms we learned our dogs had been poisoned. The vomiting and diarrhea come first. The neurological symptoms follow. Lethargy and flopping to one side. The the loss of the ability to use the back legs. The blood coming from the bowels and mouth. The amount of suffering so many furbabies have gone through are indescribable. I reported the illness to Good n Fun and Dream Bones. Still no explanation or response for why this is happening. Check the ingredients in your dog food and treats. The top three ingredients should not contain sorbitol. The FDA classified it as a laxative. The ingredients should be natural. I will not stop until the FDA regulates our products for our pets. Nobody else should have to go through what our family and many other families have experienced. No other pet should have to lose their life to in such pain and agony. We have lost two babies and the other two are under care from our veterinarian. I shared ChaCha’s report. Pixie, passed away at the vet 10/02/23. My daughter held her while she convulsed and she is traumatized. Justice for ChaCha and Pixie!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less
