I received a package I never ordered. It’s a small container which I have no idea what the container has in it. It shakes like powder. I am concerned of what this substance may be. If any money was charged I would like full refund. Don’t know how they got my info.

I received a package from Subqenix. From 14140 McCormic Dr.Tampa Florida 33626.And upon further research.discovered my account had been hacked Bank Account for over $849.00.
Subgenix Substance in a jar.,I never ordered this.And Didn't open it.sounds like a salty shake....not even sure what it is.

anything . So I asked him to open it n it was a shaker cup n I asked for package it came in looked them up n there’s all kinds of people saying they didn’t order anything but received a package n I bet the company is hacking into peoples  bank accounts and sending something stupid that has no value to their house so they think they’re covered or something. It’s a scam but I’m disputing it with my bank so I hope it goes through but I want to report it.
