Approximately 5,600 outages have been reported, according to an AEP-Texas spokesman. The outages are concentrated on the West Side, with the most popping up along Baldwin Boulevard near Agnes Street, Airport Road and the Molina neighborhood,

More than 2,100 LG&E customers in Saint Matthews and Meadowview Estates were without power Wednesday as of 11:45 a.m. An LG&E spokesperson said that the outage was caused by an issue with a substation. Roughly 4,500 customers were affected.
