power outage. Power is expected to be restored by 6 p.m. At 2 p.m. Wednesday, Penelec reported 908 Millcreek residents in the area of West 12th Street and Peninsula Drive were without power. The outage map is now showing power has been restored to Millcreek and around 50 residents in Erie that were affected. Multiple fast food restaurants and businesses in the area had to close for a short time Wednesday afternoon during the outage.
