The management of Fillabong & Glass only held a meeting going over covid when asked multiple times. My manager PII refuses to inform the owner that half the people that work in our glass shop refuse to wear masks. Coworkers at our nearby Pot shop (some work … See More
at both shops) are starting to get covid and management is not informing people at both shops. I had to find out through a coworker. Management is passive and often flat out refuses to act on safety concerns.

Second Complaint- (11/24/2020) - Two employees tested positive for COVID-19 and the owner had them stay on full or part time schedule, the owner has threatened to fire anyone who gets a COVID test.
