1. Clinic is small. No social distancing (6 ft distancing) when collecting specimens, checking into the front desk, or between patients in waiting room. No plastic shield at check-in desk. 2. for cleaning re-usable PPE or the guidance for re-using PPE generally. 3. Patients are recommended, but not mandated, to wear mask. 4. Once checked in, clinician takes patient to the one exam room. 15 minutes each patient. 20-25 patients are processed in a day. No proper ventilation in the treatment area. 5. Lack of proper cleaning: One restroom that is not properly cleaned between users; professional cleaning occurs only 2x a week; daily cleaning of the clinic does not occur. 6. Conducting testing indoors instead of outdoor testing tents. 8/7/2020 - No FDA approved masks provided
