Nearly 3,000 Utahns were left without power Saturday morning. According to Rocky Mountain officials, over 2,800 residents spanning from Bountiful down to Saratoga Springs were without electricity by 2 p.m. Officials said that the majority of the outages were reported around 9 a.m.

Rocky Mountain Power crews have been working an outage near Saratoga Springs since 4:00 a.m., 3500 customers were initially affected.

Power was temporarily restored to some customers, however, now about 2,200 Saratoga Springs residents are in the middle of another outage.
