students and employees or decreased community spread but rather a law passed in the state of Tennessee that bans most COVID mitigation mandates in many situations. Neither MSCC, nor its governing board, the Tennessee Board of Regents, has shown any indication of intent to comply with the federal requirement for employers with >100 employees to require vaccines or regular testing. The refusal of MSCC to put in place policies to prevent the spread of COVID is creating an unsafe work environment and violating the rights of employees and students who have disabilities.
