I ordered 2 bags through instagram and they are not at all what they were supposed to be. The order info that I had shows has an email address and a website that don't seem to exist ... i need to return these and want a refund but I have no idea how to get this done.

My account was changed and I didn’t receive the rollator, ordered 4/2/23 and here it is 6/2/23 and I have not received it. I’m going to report to my bank that this a scam.
