outage in Bend hit 2,556 customers and was reported shortly before 8 a.m. Nearby Warm Springs was hit with an outage that left 1,006 without power. Southwest Oregon was also affected in the areas around Medford. 1,375 customers lost power by 8:45 a.m., with hundreds of outages each reported in the towns of Tolo, Rogue River, and Applegate. Clark Public Utilities officials said about noon that they had recently restored power to more than 730 customers across the Columbia River in Clark County.
