The employer has not made customers aware to ensure that their pets are put away when a delivery is being made. Employees have issues with dogs on a daily basis and they have nothing to protect themselves if they are attacked. 5. Packages are sometimes staged improperly in the vans, causing employees to make awkward movements when searching for packages. This has caused shoulder and back pain. 6. Employees are urinating into plastic bottles in the vans, due to trying to keep up with delivery quotas, and some of the vans have bad odors similar to a portajohn.
