MEC noted that the outage will not affect portions of Banner Elk, Beech Mountain and Elk Park, and work should be completed by 6 a.m. on Sunday morning, Nov. 14

The employer is allowing the capacity of persons in the facility to be exceeded. It is impossible for customers to distance in the gift shop, which is putting employees' health at risk. 5. Carts that customers ride in are not being disinfected after they exit and employees have to touch the carts.

stop any further activity with this entity. I found a phone number for the company Subgenix Products in the bottle. 800-609-4174 and called it. The receptionist answered in a foreign language which sounded oriental and I also heard what sounded like Spanish. When I requested an English speaking person to assist, they hung up the phone. I called again with the same results.
