In light of the current crisis, I feel it necessary to report that the elevators in the Kips Bay Towers, especially the 343 and 333 buildings, are not being cleaned. This is most obvious on the floors, but it then follows that the rest of the elevator

is not being sanitized. As a matter of fact, one woman told me that there was an elderly gentleman coughing in an elevator; this can be especially disconcerting since an elevator is a most enclosed space. If the Metro is able to disinfect its areas, then a privately run building should be able to do so also.
