In the Emergency Department and other areas the employer has not provided isolation rooms that function as intended, with proper pressure relationships, in part due to the lack of permanent or temporary anterooms. 5. The employer has failed to provide unredacted copies of 2020 and 2019 OSHA 300 logs to an authorized employee representative.
