go check theres nothing but i open my mail box and theres a little package i open it it and its from gra moissanite i never ordered this now ive been going back and frorth thru email telling them i know its a scam and want my money nack they really had the nerve to say theyd give me a 60% refund absolutely not who do i report this too

I recently purchased a walking pad via TikTok shop. In the past I’ve always received exactly what I’ve ordered. But not this time. Upon purchase, my checking account was charged $99 but yesterday to my surprise the only thing I received was a photograph of the item.
