HUGE theft issue at that location. This is why UPS and FedEx are both doing a bang up business. Meanwhile, the state and federal governments expect us to have trust when we use absentee ballots for elections. What a total joke.

They told me that a bunch of packages will be put into a box and sent to the destination post office and that box has a list of what is supposedly in it...they don't actually scan the mailed package. Mailed small package First Class International on Feb 16, 2024 paying $19,00 with tracking. Item seems to have gone to Global Post and arrived in Teterboro NJ on Feb 21st. It took 35 (yes 35) days for the package to travel from Teterboro NJ to Hackensack NJ. … See More

it's "moving through the system" the delivery location is 10 minutes away. Moving by turtle??? I filed a report, these incompetent clowns give those to my local PO which has NOTHING to do with it and he fires off a canned email so he can report he "responded to customer concerns" and then I get a survey about my experience. Half the time when I go to check the tracking on the package, their tracking page is down on their site. What a disgrace this PO has become.

tracking are fake automated scans from a container NOT the actual package. The last "live scan" was in Teterboro. Tracking shows it went to Raleigh back to two different distribution centers in NJ back to Raleigh. I've spoken to 6 different people that I endlessly lied to me and the last one said if it doesn't appear by the 8 of Feb I should deem it lost. I have $1,500-$2,000 in that box. I've filed several complaints and filed a missing mail complaints and have heard zero from anyone even though two ppl I spoke to at consumer affairs said they're sending out emails to everywhere the box shows its been to have been. This box contains my daughter's work supply while in school. I drove to Teterboro distribution center and there's no entrance for the public. I am considering getting the new stations involved b/c your playing w/ my time and my daughter's income while in school. Worst part is there nonchalantness about the whole situation. I just need the damn box.

NJ Metro Processing and Distribution Center in Teterboro, NJ. So according to the tracking it is like it was never received by the post office. The postmaster of the Saddle Brook, NJ post office said it was sent over to the distribution center for processing but as of today, it never was. I opened a case to find the package and require that they find it and get it into the system for my buyer. The mailer is supposed to go to La Quinta, CA.
