I received a GRA MOISSANITE RING I DIDN’t order, Passaic, NJ, USA

I received a package (First Class via USPS) inside a ring (Mossianite GRA) I didn’t order. Search it via Google and I’m seeing a lot of comments thats it’s a scam. I googled the return address and it came up as a 7Eleven in CA.
