it was a small red box with a small yellow envelope labeled GRA moissanite. Inside the envelope was GRA moissanite report card and a GRA card with a scannable QR code that brought me to a site to put in personal information. Inside the red box was a ring with a diamond in the center. I did not order this package and from what I have been searching, this seems to be a running scam/phishing to get people to put in their vulnerable information and have stolen.

The same thing happened to me but with a company called Naturallife, on FB, crazy offers of 90% off. NOW I HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO FIX THE ERROR, THEY ASK ME TO SEND THEM A PHOTO OF WHAT I RECEIVED AND OF THE PACKAGE WHERE IT CAME.
