Rent check last month was never delivered. RTS after 2 weeks envelope severely damaged, with 11 cents postage due. This month's rent check was delivered 12 days late, envelope again damaged. Letter was sent from home, picked up by carrier. same as neighbors living in same building. … See More
Their letter arrived on time. My post office states mailing a letter from he same place even with one day's difference can cause it to delayed. I strongly disagree.
