Employees have not received training on how to inspect, put on and take off the respirators, or how to disinfect the PAPRs. 4. Employees are not screened for fever or symptoms before or when they report to work. 5. Employer not conducting contact tracing of workplace exposures to COVID-19. 6. Lobby registrars are not distanced from patients and sneeze guards have not been installed. 7. Employer does not have procedures in place to ensure patients and parents of patients wear face coverings while in the clinic.
