I received a package from Avienda de Parque de Africa Caracolas2 I did not order - it is like a small rubber donut looking key chain. What do I do. How do I find out where it came from

The employer is not following the screening requirements for employees and customers. 3. The employer does not enforce the face covering mandate as required by Executive Order. 4. The employer has not implemented cleaning and disinfection protocols such as routine sanitation of surfaces and immediate cleaning and disinfecting of the workplace if a worker, client or visitor becomes ill with COVID-19.
