There were positive cases at the restaurant. Contact tracing for employees working with the positive cases was not done. No employees were quarantined or asked to get tested who had worked with the positive cases.

Employees are penalized for missing work due to being sick and they require a doctor's note to validate illnesses. 4. The company does not use ground markings, signs, and physical barriers to prompt employees to remain six feet from others. 5. Employees who have COVID positive spouses at home continue to come into work and other employees who are exposed to positive cases outside of work continue to come into the workplace. They continue to work and don't wear any PPE. 6. There is no health screening or questionnaire available.

Employees have been encouraged to not self-isolate, and to return to work even when their test results are pending, and are being discriminated against if they don't feel comfortable returning to work. 4. They have not contacted the health department about the issue.
