food and beverages ready when the drivers arrive and this is not being followed at all. This appears to be an ongoing issue and I even went to get clarity on it from other restaurants and they cited that it is indeed a violation. placed 2 orders on dec 22 and still haven 't received them. After looking for weeks and watching where the tracking was with my packages finally said there were delivered Jan 24. don't know where they got delivered but it wasn't to me. no phone number to call and not sure about website.
