1. Employees were told to quarantine by the local health department for being around someone who had COVID-19 but the employer argued with them about it. 2. Employees were told to return to work the next day and not to be off work until they have symptoms.

3. Social distancing is not in effect at this employer at the offsite parking lot where the vans are parked at. 4. People aren't wearing face masks. 5. Management is not cleaning vans or work phones which emplyees are issued a different one everyday. 6. Employees have had COVID-19 and they don't tell anyone. Location: The vans are parked at Visteon Way & Lake Shore Dr in Van Buren Charter Township, MI. The start time is at 8:45am
