Regulatory Report

Advised by boss to walk on MOVING line. No ladders, physically climb on machines. 25ton hook hanging in the middle of the floor bybales. NO MASKS! Cardboard falls from machine onto open floor. No hard hats worn. Much more going on there. About 10 employees.
