1. COVID-19 patients are being allowed to roam freely through the facility, as well as receive visitors. 2. Daily testing is not being done and several employees and residents have recently tested positive, while no mitigating measures are being taken.

Regulatory Report

1. Employees working with patients in shared facility spaces, and interacting with all residents are worried about cross-contamination to non-COVID patients and other workers. Also, residents are roaming hallways in their wheelchairs, with no masks, and hanging out with others by the doors or rooms.
