3. Employer has not developed, implemented or trained employees on the stores life and safety plan. During a recent fire alarm incident on or about July 20, 2020, employees did not know where to go to safely exit or where to assemble to ensure employee accountability.
4. Employer did not ensure during a recent fire alarm that employees were still utilizing COVID 19 protective measures such as but not limited face coverings and social distancing when exiting the building or congregating outside in large groups while awaiting the all clear signal.
