Cumberland Valley Electric had thousands without power. Whitley County had 2,555 reporting outages on Monday morning at 11:30 a.m. Knox County had 658 without electric and Laurel County had 84. LG&E and Kentucky Utilities reported 328 without power in Corbin Monday morning.

There is a doctor in the clinic that has been exposed to COVID-19. Instead of quarantining for 14 days, like the CDC and our Governor has ordered, the employee is allowed to work. Risking the health of other employees.

Little to no precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. When a positive test is received, there is no action taken up until there is a complete outbreak throughout the entire facility. The positive patient is not quarantined or on contact precautions. Nor is... See More the CNA's caring for these patients beingt told of them testing positive until after it's too late. Every single resident and every single staff member has tested positive at least once during at least 1 of the 2 major outbreaks in this facility. They had a past major outbreak with fatalities recently, which made news headlines and the front page of the paper. Everyone had recovered. Now once again, there are a dozen more cases that are growing.
