I asked for a refund, they told me that I had to return the pkg, that I never received because they were out the cost of whatever they sent. The order now shows I ordered clothes, and then they said they mistakenly sent me a pair of sunglasses?? I have ring doorbell and full security system including 4 cameras + doorbell and I never got any pkg. They have now offered me 10% refund???? I refused, and now I don't know what to do??? It is for them to show that they actually delivered something. Hopefully you paid with a credit card and have your credit card go after them for the refund.

My credit card was charged $80.76 for outdoor rocking chairs made of canvas and mesh.  The ad was on Facebook and listed as overstock by QVC.  I have yet to receive my chairs.  Obviously, this is a scam!  How do I retrieve my money?

I ordered leather boots from QVC overstock for $40.00.
I got an immediate response saying they were shipped from China. After 17 or 18 days I received a pair of cheap plastic, man made material boots.
