Also, around two-thousand are without power in two places in Sullivan County– one is just north of Sullivan, with the other south of Sullivan between Carlisle and Paxton. Also, WIN Energy reports 15-hundred without power north, south, and east of Sullivan. Another three hundred WIN Energy customers are without power in southern Knox County.
