Frequent power outages, Avon, IN, USA

Power keeps going out every few minutes. We've lost power about 8 times in the past hour. Total so far today is: 12 outages. They say they're working on it. We've called everytime the power goes out, but Hendricks Power keeps telling us they are aware of the issue. They never tell us anything else.

PPE. The employees have to bring in their own PPE. Employees are continually getting sick from exposure and working through being sick. Employees given tylenol and told to keep working.
