credit would be issued. 2 more weeks no credit. I emailed them again, they said a credit would be issued in 7-10 working days. It was never issued, I do not have my order and they will not respond to my emails.
I ordered 4 outfits selling Sheen clothing, and I never received my order. When I emailed the Barbara place about it, I received a response from the longley email address that they would look into it. Back and forth, they never really gave me an answer. Then they said they would send a tracking number, they never did. Then they said with in 7-10 business day I would receive a credit. I’m still waiting, 4 months later, no credit, no clothes, no shipping/tracking number. Now they won’t even answer my emails! For $29.00 it really isn’t worth my energy and aggravation to do anything else. I just won’t purchase things on line. I could call the BBB, and post notes on instagram, Facebook, who ever will listen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
