Employees are not required to wear hardhats when changing out the large metal rolls/coils on machines( Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.135) 8. The employer is not following CDC guidelines regarding conduct employee screening and perform handwashing when entering the building to start work shift. 10. The employer is not following CDCC guidelines regarding social distancing at lunch when all employees take lunch from 11:30AM to 12 noon, or for unmasked employees that congregate five or six at once at the back door for smoking breaks throughout the day.
