On Wednesday 21st, parts of Silvis are under a boil order for at least 24 hours, according to city officials. The affected area goes from Seventh Ave. to John Deere Parkway, including TPC Deere Run. About 7,000 customers were affected by an outage in the Illinois Quad Cities on Friday morning. According to MidAmerican's outage map, about 7,000 customers were without power as of 4:40 a.m. Power was restored to the area at about 8:45 a.m.
