The employer does not ensure that contact tracing is done after an employee is confirmed to be COVID-19 positive. The employer does not ensure that all bathrooms are supplied with soap and/or hand sanitizer on a daily basis. The employer does not ensure that social distancing is practiced in the kitchen and counter areas of the facility as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The employer does not ensure the facility is cleaned and sanitized as recommended by the CDC after an employee is confirmed to be COVID-19 positive. Applicable OSHA Standard: 5A1 General Duty Clause
