On 2 credit cards that I had to close. This is a crock and Facebook needs to stop advertising this and everything else that is bogus! N

I did order an item and it has major defects with the lettering. I've emailed 19 times to get a refund and now it seems that I have been blocked via email. I spent 75.00 but they were offering 15.00.
