Several thousands of people are without power after a storm moved through Coastal Georgia Thursday afternoon. According to Georgia Power, more than 4,200 outages are reported just on Tybee Island, with about 2,000 more scattered throughout Savannah, Garden City, Pooler and Thunderbolt.
