Location: Chemical Closet 3. Approximately 30 employees are exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer does not maintain safety data sheets for cleaning, sanitation and disinfecting chemicals including, but not limited to, corrosive Virex II 256 which is diluted by employees and used in disinfecting SARS-CoV-2 contaminated surfaces. Approximately 30 employees are exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer has not provided emergency means for flushing the eyes and body to employees who dilute corrosive Virex II 256 for use in disinfecting SARS-CoV-2 contaminated surfaces where the automatic dilution station has stopped working.
