I ordered buy 1 get 1 free human dog beds from QVC Online thru FaceBook. They never arrived even though the China Post tracking says it's been delivered. I received a cooling towel that I never ordered though. Will charge back on my credit card. This is a scam.

I received three engagement ring i didn't order i found that so weird to me i can't find any number to call those people i don't know what to do with them. What more details i can provide i just received something i did not order i want to know who send them and why
