400 people in those town are affected by the outages. Closer to New Hampshire, over 1600 were without power in Tyngsboro and Westford combined earlier in the morning as of 11:30. By 1 p.m., around 500 customers around Chelmsford, Carlisle and Westford were out of power as the storms moved northeast through Massachusetts into New Hampshire.

More than 6,000 Connecticut customers were experiencing power outages Monday morning, according to Eversource. The utility company was reporting 1,038 outages in Ledyard, 593 in Stonington, 21 in New London and 35 in East Lyme as of about 8:30 a.m.
