an isolated environment to quarantine thus potentially exposing their family members or others. Also, employees that tested positive were allowed to come back to work after 10 days of quarantine. It was further reported that employees who were in direct contact with those who tested positive were not allowed to take the time from work to get tested. On the contrary, it was reported that one employee that had direct exposure (lives with) someone that tested positive, refused to be tested and was allowed to keep working with coworkers. The employer has not enforced and implemented precautions such as, but not limited to, self quarantining of those employees that may have had exposure from another person, requiring employees to report their possible exposures, and that contact tracing was not adequately conducted. This is contrary to Section 5(a)1 of the OSH Act.
